Nothing provided by RiseFX constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and update your information as needed
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity

You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.

4. Automated Trading Disclosures

By using RiseFX’s automated trading systems, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Trading foreign exchange (“Forex”) involves substantial risk
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results
  • Profits are not guaranteed, and losses can occur
  • You authorize RiseFX algorithms to execute trades automatically on your behalf
  • Market conditions may change rapidly and unpredictably
  • You are solely responsible for risk parameters, brokerage connections, and trading outcomes

5. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Certain features require paid subscriptions. By providing payment details, you authorize recurring or one-time charges as applicable.

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law. Refunds, when issued, are discretionary and evaluated case-by-case.

Chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account and services.

6. SMS/Text Messaging (A2P Compliance)

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from RiseFX, including onboarding instructions, alerts, security notifications, and promotional messages.

6.1 Opt-In

You may opt in through online forms, toggles, or by sending a keyword to our designated number.

6.2 Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. A confirmation message may follow.

6.3 Message Frequency

Frequency varies based on account activity, onboarding status, or support communications.

6.4 Carrier Disclosure

Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6.5 Mobile Number Privacy

RiseFX does not sell or rent your mobile number to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in prohibited conduct, including:

  • Misusing, copying, or reverse engineering RiseFX algorithms or technology
  • Attempting to bypass security, throttling, or system protections
  • Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, or harmful content
  • Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, data models, algorithms, and software provided by RiseFX remain the exclusive property of RiseFX INC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for personal or business purposes.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

RiseFX makes no warranties regarding performance, profitability, accuracy of signals, or uninterrupted service.

All trading risks are assumed by the user.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiseFX is not liable for:

  • Financial losses while using automated trading systems
  • Technical failures, downtime, or service interruptions
  • Brokerage execution errors, system delays, or connectivity issues
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior affecting the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida, except claims eligible for small-claims court.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
